Omega-3 Guacamole


Looking for an easy way to incorporate more Omega-3 into your diet? This Fall, enjoy some light and delicious guacamole with Peak Omega-3 Liquid! A standard serving will provide about 175-215mg of EPA & DHA Omega-3. 

Makes about 20-25 servings


2 large or 3 small ripe avocados– peeled, pitted, and mashed
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 red or white onion or 1 whole shallot, finely chopped
1/2 red or green bell pepper
1/2 tomato, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded, finely chopped (optional)
1 Tablespoon Peak Omega-3 Liquid
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper


1. Place all ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl and mix with a potato/avocado masher or standard whisk to get a guacamole consistency.

2. Serve with tortilla chips or chopped vegetables. Enjoy!
