Fruit Salad with a Citrus Twist!

The perfect salad for a hot summer day!

Ingredients:

1 large apple, peeled and diced

1 pear, diced

2 large bananas, peeled and diced

3 clementines, peeled and separated

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped

Directions:

In a large bowl combine apple, pear, bananas, clementines, and pomegranate seeds. Lightly toss.

In a small bowl whisk together honey, lime juice, Summit DHA, poppy seeds, and mint. Drizzle over fruit and toss until coated. Serve immediately. If preparing for later, add Summit DHA right before serving.
